Sailors is the assistant superintendent of operations and technology at Texas’ Eanes ISD, where she previously served as the director of digital learning. She evaluates technology for classroom instruction and supports teachers in integrating edtech to engage students. She also is an online course designer who has created professional development on edtech for teachers and students.
