Buccos is a multi-award-winning director and producer and the founder and CEO of EXPLR, an ad-free streaming service that provides high-quality educational programming to supplement schoolwork. In 2024, she co-directed the first-ever National STEM Festival in partnership with the U.S. Department of Education, helping to host one of the largest and most geographically diverse STEM events in U.S. history.
