Carranza is an administrative director for the Office of Academics and Transformation for the Miami-Dade County Public School District. A leader who has focused on the most fragile student populations, he is the founding director of Miami-Dade鈥檚 STEAM School Designation Program, which won a 2024 91看片 District of Distinction award. He promotes a comprehensive support system that aims to increase community and parent involvement, student enrichment opportunities and college and career readiness.
