Joshua Perdomo

Dr. Joshua Perdomo is the executive director of multilingual programs for Community Consolidated School District 59 in Illinois, where he leads district-wide initiatives focused on phased implementation, collaborative leadership, and equitable language access. A former multilingual learner with more than 19 years of experience in multilingual education, he serves on the Illinois Advisory Council on Bilingual Education and is a 2025 ALTOS Award recipient.
