Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS), based in Falls Church, VA, has officially selected Mackin Educational Resources as its provider for all print and digital books, audiobooks, videos and other resources for its school libraries and professional library collections. FCPS, the largest school district in Virginia, conducted an extensive bidding process to select the most qualified, trusted and experienced company to serve the more than 188,000 students in 234 schools. As the chosen provider, Mackin supplies all the necessary infrastructure, expertise and customization required for the long-term, high-tech library materials acquisition relationship that is required by Fairfax County Public Schools. Mackin will serve Fairfax County Public Schools with an initial term of seven (7) years through 2025 with numerous multi-year renewal options available.
