The Minneapolis Federation of Teachers and Education Support Professionals is expected to speak out Wednesday morning to call attention to the slow pace of contract negotiations and how it’s affecting learning conditions in schools.
The union and Minneapolis Public Schools have metbut still haven’t come to an agreement.
