Construction Watch: Alaska bill would delay new school construction for another five years

Alaska’s Senate Finance Committee discussed a bill that would extend a moratorium on the state reimbursing municipalities for school construction bonds until 2025. The state stopped covering part of new school bonds in 2015, and that moratorium is set to expire July 1, 2020, unless it is extended.Read more.
