Michigan schools鈥 average SAT test scores decline for third-straight year

At 959.9, the average score dropped 36.1 points below the previous year, and set the lowest mark in the state since the test was implemented statewide in the 2015-16 school year, according to information released Aug. 31 by聽MI School Data. The score was also 47.7 points lower than the all-time high average of 1007.6, set in 2016-17.
