Another bill to encourage Oklahoma school districts聽聽moved ahead Monday in the state Legislature.

, authored by Rep. Chad Caldwell, R-Enid, passed the House鈥檚 education budget subcommittee 13-0. It鈥檚 a companion piece to Senate Bill 1321 from Sen. Ally Seifried, R-Claremore, that鈥檚聽聽the Senate Education Committee. Caldwell鈥檚 bill advances to the House Appropriations and Budget Committee for consideration.
