Another bill to encourage Oklahoma school districts moved ahead Monday in the state Legislature.

, authored by Rep. Chad Caldwell, R-Enid, passed the House’s education budget subcommittee 13-0. It’s a companion piece to Senate Bill 1321 from Sen. Ally Seifried, R-Claremore, that’s the Senate Education Committee. Caldwell’s bill advances to the House Appropriations and Budget Committee for consideration.
